Catch 22

Chloe seems to chill much easier if you swing her gently in her car seat or cocoon. The problem is, if you are swinging her, you have no hands free to carry out essential maintenance on bikes. I found the ideal solution to this problem, but now I have to hold my bike steady while I work on it, leaving me with to few hands to do the work.
