I Am A Washing Machine

Hmmm, well they tell you that when you have a child you have lots of clothes to wash, though I'd never really realised just how many of my clothes that would involve. I don't think I'd really thought about how much more regularly we should hoover, like after every meal! (and notice I only say should) Also a few wise people dropped hints that we should get a dishwasher but unfortunately we ignored them (we'd just retiled the kitchen floor and couldn't really face ripping it up again to remove the radiator to make room for a dishwasher).
Anyhow, the other day I noticed the big difference with the amount of dishes I was washing, look at them:
I now know why they make kids stuff in bright colours, it's to cheer you up while you're doing your endless rounds of dishes. See when we move house, we're getting a dishwasher.

We've been told by a few people how intelligent Naomi is (you can see it in her eyes you know) and normally I'd agree like the proud little mum I am. I mean the other day I even found her playing the xbox, caught in the act or what. However, before the more eagle eyed of you start panicing and think she's playing an 18 game, Naomi is not as intelligent as she looks and whilst she may have thought she was playing the xbox like daddy, she was actually watching 'that 70s show' like mummy. What a disappointment that must have been, though it may have explained why none of the people were going in the direction she was wanting them to.
